- Optimise logistics and capacity planning
- Reduce food waste (especially for coffee breaks)
- Organise guided activities efficiently

IMPORTANT: all the activities are subject to a minimum number of participants. Should the minimum not be reached, the activities might be cancelled and the fees will be refunded.
Accompanying persons are welcome to participate in the paid social activities upon payment of the corresponding fee. Free activities included in the registration fee are not open to accompanying persons, unless they register for the conference.
